Understand what happened. Find a way forward.

If you suspect fraud, unauthorised access or misuse of your identity, the first step is to establish which information can be examined.

How I can help.

What to know
Available traces, device condition and access to data affect the analysis. Identifying an individual, recovering funds or restoring all data cannot be guaranteed.

Timing and fees

First, the objective.
Then, the scope.

Device count, data volume, accessibility, complexity and urgency affect the work. An initial description helps define the approach and clarify fees before the engagement.

Start with the problem, your objective and the material available. Agree on a suitable channel before transmitting sensitive information.
